6. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Returns: Due to the hygiene nature of hair care products, we only accept returns if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
